1. Acceptance

By creating a Collabzo account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use Collabzo.

3. Subscription

Creator profiles get a 30-day free trial. After that, visibility requires a ₹100/month subscription billed via Razorpay. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.

4. Acceptable use

• Provide accurate profile information.
• Do not impersonate others or inflate metrics.
• Do not use Collabzo for spam, scams, or illegal content.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Collaborations

Collabzo is a directory. Any deal between a brand and a creator is between those two parties. We are not responsible for the outcome of collaborations, payments or disputes.

6. Limitation of liability

Collabzo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or on the website.
