Refund Policy

1. Free trial
Every new creator gets a 30-day free trial — no payment required upfront. You can cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
2. Monthly subscription
The ₹100/month subscription is non-refundable once charged. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges; your profile remains visible until the end of the current billing period.
3. Exceptions
If you were charged due to a billing error, a duplicate payment, or a technical issue with the platform, email support@collabzo.in within 7 days of the charge. We'll review and refund verified cases within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@collabzo.in with your account email and the Razorpay payment reference. We respond within 24 hours.
